I aim to create a calm, accepting environment where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves. My style balances empathy with thoughtful feedback, helping clients gain insight while feeling supported throughout the process.

I'm drawn to helping people make sense of their emotional lives and relationships. My work is driven by a belief that greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and secure connection can create meaningful, lasting change, especially during life's most challenging transitions.

I work collaboratively with clients to set goals that are meaningful, realistic, and aligned with their values. We regularly revisit those goals as therapy progresses, balancing insight with practical change while honoring each person's unique pace and life circumstances.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to change, and begin identifying goals together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable.
