I work with adults questioning their sense of self and value system, wanting to understand their thoughts and feelings. My approach helps with processing trauma, managing depression, anger, and anxiety, addressing self-judgment and guilt, and identifying ruminative and false thoughts.
My approach
I rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. With CBT, we identify false and harmful thoughts, then challenge and reframe them to align with your values. With DBT, we build skills in Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotional Regulation to help you accept and manage intense emotions.
