Hi, my name is Ginny Zarinebaf, She/Her/Hers. I am a practicing LPCC for the last 10 years. My approach to our time together is through a strength-based, compassionate trauma-informed lens. My practice focuses on models of Attachment, Trauma-informed CBT, Somatic and Mindfulness. I am also a Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga instructor.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy is modeled through a strength-based approach, open communication, and space for growth. I strive to ensure safety, flow at your pace, and goals for our time together.
My focus
I work with all children from the age of 12 to adults to the age of 65.
My communication style
When working with one another, I create a comfortable and easy pace to ensure alliance, space, and at times... humor to ensure the experience is comfortable and related to your expectations. Growth is important as well as transparency, and I invite you to express your needs during this time to ensure your voice is heard.
My journey to mental healthcare
I entered the world of therapy to meet the needs of others to invite a space for recovery, growth, and change. My hope is to introduce the mind and body experience in our sessions... to create an open and inclusive space for everyone.
My goals for you
Goals are important! I encourage you to be open to yourself to set goals when we work together. Getting to the finish line, achieving that goal builds confidence and uncovers your own resilience.
My first session with you
Our first session will be an introduction to one another, space to have to interact with me, as well as discuss your goals for treatment.
