My communication style is transparent, honest, and gentle. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, prioritizing your unique experience and needs. My goal is to build a collaborative partnership and foster an open relationship where our time together is meaningful in a safe, nurturing, judgment-free space.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before beginning my counseling program, I worked at a psychiatric hospital to explore whether psychotherapy was the right path. That experience led me to love outpatient, community-based mental health work. I transitioned into utilization management, supporting individuals with developmental conditions.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by meeting them exactly where they are. Every accomplishment you make is acknowledged and celebrated. I understand that progress requires facing challenges head-on, and while immediate relief may not always be visible, I ensure all growth made in therapy is recognized.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll get to know each other, gather important background information, and discuss what you can expect from therapy with me. I believe in open, honest communication from the beginning. I'll give you a clear picture of how I work and emphasize that therapy is a deeply personal experience.
