We often seek therapy when experiencing uncomfortable feelings like anxiety, depression, anger, grief, or overwhelm, or behaviors like addiction, self-sabotage, or people pleasing. These feelings and behaviors may seem to make no sense, but I believe they make perfect sense—we just don't know how yet.

Current feelings and behaviors often relate to past experiences. I use experiential, structural, and trauma-based interventions to shift unhelpful patterns and resolve past traumas.
