I am the Owner and Founder of Enerje Wellness and a licensed clinical social worker with nearly two decades of experience. I am passionate about changing the narrative around mental health in minority communities and helping clients protect their energy through healthy boundaries, self-care, and emotional wellness.

I serve individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I hold space for complexity because real healing rarely fits neatly into a single diagnosis or treatment plan.
