Communication is foundational to all relationships, including in the therapeutic environment. I commit to open, honest, and judgment-free communication. Through active listening, thoughtful reflection, and collaborative problem-solving, I help you explore new perspectives, identify options, and move toward your goals with confidence and support.

My journey to mental healthcare

I, too, have experienced feeling lost and alone, leading to a desire to help others. My background in Social Work has taught me to see the complexities of each situation. And my work with individuals in a diverse range of settings has reinforced a core belief: every person deserves dignity, validation, and the opportunity to grow.

You are the expert on your own life. Together, we'll identify meaningful, realistic goals based on your needs and values. I offer structure, support, and flexibility as we navigate challenges, adapt to new insights, and build lasting change. Along the way, we'll recognize and celebrate every step of progress, big or small.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance to share your story, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss your hopes for the future. You can move at your own pace, there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. This is your journey, and I’ll provide support, guidance, and collaboration every step of the way.
