I am most comfortable serving adults and children who are growing through challenges related to school, family, and life transitions.

My approach

I use a humanistic approach foremost. I value the importance of building a rapport and connection with each person I serve. I find power in the act of listening, without judgment, offering gentle guidance and encouragement as needed or requested.

My communication style

I strive to set a tone during our session that is client-centered. If you feel listened to, validated, and encouraged with some sense of being assisted during our time, I have met my goal!

My journey to mental healthcare

In my earlier years, I benefited tremendously from a supportive therapeutic relationship. Supporting personal autonomy and the belief that individuals know what is best for them provides me with motivation to do this work. I am simply guiding you to bring forth what you already know.
