Life is tough. What you're going through and how you feel about it matters. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are, and provide a safe space to process, support, and guide you in gaining the tools you need to take the next steps toward health and wellness.
My approach
I utilize mindfulness, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral modalities and will help you gain insight and the ability to recognize your accomplishments and strengths. I will also help you to challenge maladaptive coping skills and thought processes.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals and minors aged 13-17. My specialties include working with adolescents/teens, anxiety, children, coping skills, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, parenting, self esteem, and child abuse or neglect.
My communication style
I communicate with compassion and directness. My aim is to create a supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I'll ask questions to gain insight into your experiences and provide feedback to help you recognize patterns and consider new perspectives.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree in my journey to become a mental healthcare provider.
