I specialize in helping clients navigate complex mental health challenges, including auditory and visual hallucinations. My approach provides safety and adapts to each client's unique needs. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I teach practical coping tools to alleviate distress, manage intrusive thoughts, and cultivate emotional regulation.
