Hi there, I'm Cassie!

Hi, my name is Cassie M. Campbell and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor/Marriage and Family Therapist. As a licensed clinical therapist, I bring a wealth of expertise and experience to therapy. My approach to therapy is rooted in a client-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate framework. I believe in the transformative power of therapy to help individuals overcome life's challenges and improve their mental and emotional well-being.

My approach

My approach to providing therapy is eclectic, drawing from a range of evidence-based theoretical approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Three of the most common approaches I use in my work are Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My focus

I typically work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. My areas of expertise and comfort lie in treating conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have experience helping clients navigate the complexities of these challenges, providing them with the support and strategies needed to regain emotional well-being and improve their overall quality of life.

My communication style

Working with me should feel like a collaborative partnership aimed at enhancing your mental and emotional well-being. You can expect a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where you are heard, valued, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a genuine passion for helping others and a deep interest in understanding human behavior and emotions. Additionally, the opportunity to witness personal growth and resilience in my clients is incredibly rewarding. This profession requires empathy, active listening, and a commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement.

My goals for you

In goal setting with clients, I follow a client-centered and collaborative approach. Together, we formulate Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals. This ensures that your objectives are clear and realistic, making it easier to track progress. Whether it's managing anxiety, improving relationships, or personal growth, your goals are at the heart of our work together.

My first session with you

In our initial session, we will delve into the reasons that led you to seek therapy and collaboratively determine the most suitable strategies to facilitate your progress. Through the application of CBT, we will examine the intricate connection between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Throughout our therapeutic journey, I will guide you in acquiring the skills to challenge and transform these thoughts, resulting in improved emotional well-being.
