I use a supportive, collaborative, and strength-based approach. I approach therapy from a client-centered lens. It's important to me that my clients feel safe and heard, and are involved in their treatment.

I have been attracted to a career in therapy to be able to help individuals improve their mental health by exploring and improving emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
