Hi there, I'm Aaron!

Therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to do it alone. My role is to create a space where you can bring what's on your mind and explore it honestly. Together we'll work at your pace, focusing on the areas of life that matter most to you.

My focus

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem or relationships. Many clients feel disconnected, uncertain, or weighed down by stress. I offer a steady space to sort through experiences, clarify what's important, and find ways to move forward.

My approach

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experiences and goals, and I bring an openness to listen and the tools that may help. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and attachment-based practices, adjusting as we understand what works best for us.
