My focus
I work with a diverse range of clients. The most common kinds of clients with whom I work are people like you who are going through the muck and mire of life. We all know life can get really hectic, and we just need someone to help sort it all out. This can lead to symptoms of depression and anxiety. This is where I come in.
My approach
I know in this post-pandemic world, it can be extremely stressful, filled with anxiety and dread. It is always a good idea to have a friendly listening ear to help alleviate your depressive and anxiety feelings.
