I specialize in individuals who find themselves at a crossroads and are unsure of how to proceed in order to meet their goals. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and having someone help us unravel what is or has happened can have a profound impact on our overall self-worth and confidence.

My focus

I have had the opportunity to work with clients looking for guidance and relief in many areas such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, neurodivergent issues related to ADHD and Autism, body dysmorphia, and gender dysphoria. I am neurodivergent and gender affirming.

My approach

I provide a safe and welcoming environment where healing and growth can begin. Through understanding, guidance, and specific interventions targeted to improve insight and awareness, self-esteem can flourish.

I provide a safe and secure environment for client to be able to share their innermost thoughts and emotions. My communication style can be described as empathetic and compassionate, as well as assertive and direct when needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this field for personal reasons related to my own family system. I have had the opportunity to grow and learn as a professional, which has provided me with a unique set of skills that I bring to my therapy sessions.

My goals for you

During our first couple of sessions, we will determine together what your goals are for therapy and adjust accordingly as you see improvement. For example, if I notice some stalling in moving towards goals, I will gently nudge and provide empathy related to the possible internal hesitation with moving forward.
