I believe meaningful therapeutic work begins with a strong, trusting relationship. My style is warm, compassionate, & approachable, creating a space where clients feel heard & supported. Through collaboration and gentle encouragement, I help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, & work toward lasting growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for therapy was inspired by my own experiences with mental health challenges during my adolescence. Experiencing the benefits of therapy firsthand motivated me to help others feel understood, supported, & empowered.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we identify meaningful, intentional, & realistic goals while building practical skills & insight. I believe clients are the experts of their own experiences, & I strive to ensure goals reflect what is most important & meaningful to them.

Our first session

The first session is an opportunity to discuss what is bringing you to therapy & explore the challenges impacting your daily life. We will begin identifying goals for treatment & developing a roadmap for our work together while creating a safe, supportive space built on trust & collaboration.
