I specialize in maternal mental health and high-functioning anxiety.

My focus

I work with young adults who feel trapped in a cycle of earning approval from others and feeling like they are never doing enough. My clients struggle to express their needs, are often burnt out and hyper-independent, and deeply desire more intimate, reciprocal relationships with others.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to therapy that meets you where you are. Focusing on attachment history, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I work with clients to examine their roots and notice how those early experiences impact their relationships with themselves and others now.

My communication style

I value the relationship first, so I show up authentically and hope you feel comfortable doing the same. I am warm and empathetic, but I am direct when I need to be. I prioritize trust in the relationship, and I hope that allows you the safety to be honest and vulnerable.

I entered this field because I believe deeply in the power of connection and understanding our stories. Supporting clients through their growth and healing is what drives my work.

Goal setting is a collaborative effort! You tell me what you're seeking, and if I have ideas to add to the mix, I will ask your opinion about that. Ultimately, you decide what you get out of your therapeutic experience, and if you're not ready to touch a certain subject, we won't. Simple as that.

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your goals and what you hope to gain from our work together. My aim is to create a comfortable space where you can share openly.
