My ideal clients are individuals seeking support with family, relationship challenges, medical, women's issues, and/or trauma. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of functioning, and I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals.

I primarily use talk therapy with a emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on building skills that support lasting change. I may also incorporate mindfulness and other techniques based on your individual needs and goals.
