I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a first-generation Filipino American, and a Los Angeles native. My own life experiences, along with my clinical training, have shaped how I work with clients. I aim to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and accepted as they are.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused interventions, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can build insight, strengthen your connection with your own intuition, develop effective coping skills, and work towards change.
