My focus
I have experience working with clients struggling with parenting difficulties, addiction including love addiction and substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, loss of children to the child welfare system, co-dependency issues in relationships, and childhood trauma.

Based on your unique needs, I will implement evidence-based practices, including CBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, and Psychodynamic. In addition, I strive to create a space where the client feels comfortable sharing their thoughts by listening attentively and being supportive.
