My focus is on creating a warm, structured, trauma‑informed space where clients feel safe, grounded, and empowered to rebuild trust in themselves and in their relationships.

What makes me unique is the way I weave together evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused work, and trauma-informed care with deeper explorations through psychodynamic and gestalt therapy. I also integrate spiritual therapy when clients desire it, helping them connect faith and emotional growth.
