My communication style is cool, calm, and collected. I work to hear what you're saying beyond your words and help you bring that out. I create open and honest communication, building trust so you have a safe space to fully share and receive all you need to get better.

My journey to mental healthcare

Every path I took seemed to end in me desiring to hear the stories of others and wanting to help them be their best selves. I've always had this deep desire to help individuals gain deeper insight into themselves, connect those dots, and put the puzzle pieces of their lives back together.

My approach to goal setting is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish in therapy. This process starts by building trust and creating a safe space. Over time, we'll set goals and track your progress. I treat every session as an opportunity to progress.

In our first session, we'll spend time talking and asking questions to get to know you, how you've been, how you're feeling, and how it's impacting your life. We'll identify what led to where you are and things you've tried. The first session is about building connection, trust, and a safe space while getting a sense of your strengths.
