I acknowledge the challenges that come along with opening up about life experiences that may bring difficult emotions. My focus will be to provide a safe environment and work alongside the client on building trust through compassion and a non-judgmental space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became interested in therapy while growing up in South LA in a predominantly Hispanic community where mental health 'did not exist'; where it was not okay to talk about depression, anxiety, and mental health. Knowing there was an issue and lack of mental health resources motivated me to pursue my study in the field.

My goals for you

My approach with therapy is to provide a safe space and comfortable environment to express yourself, identify your needs, and put yourself first. Together, we can find what works for you in your healing journey.
