My name is Jennifer Macias, LCSW. I specialize in treating adults who are experiencing grief and serious or chronic illness, and I also see clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and a variety of other concerns.

My goal is for my clients to feel seen and heard to create a safe space to share what is most important. I often work from a person-centered and CBT approach in treatment to help you process, support healthy growth and awareness, and explore possible solutions, while also providing support and empowerment for positive change.
