I am a licensed psychologist practicing in CA and OH. I specialize in relational, depth-oriented therapy, helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I draw primarily from a relational, depth-oriented psychodynamic perspective to explore how early experiences influence current patterns. I also integrate techniques from CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, ACT, and mindfulness to meet your unique needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology. My passion for psychology grew from my own curiosity about relationships, identity, and meaning, which led me to help others navigate their inner lives with compassion.
