I’m a warm, relational, and actively engaged therapist. I listen with compassion but am also gentle yet direct, helping you put words to what feels difficult to express. I don’t take a passive role—I participate thoughtfully, use humor and metaphors to support insight, and offer practical homework when helpful.

My journey to mental healthcare

I studied psychology but was sidelined by a business career. I implemented mental health and career programs to help employees with anxiety, stress, and decision-making issues. That's when I found my real purpose and made the transition. Seeing my clients prosper and live healthy, full, happy lives keeps me loving my work.

My goals for you

Ah, yes! Goals. I'm a big believer that the key to successful therapy is having specific and measurable goals that we set together; otherwise, how else will you know if therapy is "working" or not? Goals are unique to every client based on your history, your future, your situation, and your wants and needs.

Our first session

During our first session, I will listen carefully to why you are seeking therapy. I will do a bio-psychosocial history and may conduct self-report testing to establish a baseline we will revisit to measure progress. Most importantly, you will leave with practical ways to immediately reduce symptoms and increase hope.
