I use an eclectic, holistic approach tailored to your needs. While I often draw on CBT, I also help you explore childhood experiences and trauma affecting you now. I offer skills-based work like anger management and DBT for clients seeking these tools.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to helping others. As a former refugee and immigrant, I witnessed both suffering and resilience from a young age. These experiences sparked my curiosity about the human psyche and how people heal despite hardship.
