My communication style

I work virtually to bring my clients the ease of mental health care without any barriers. Virtual care will not impact the quality and connection we make. Talking with me will become a journey towards peace and well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist started in high school. I was blessed to know I wanted to help people from a young age. I have worked in several settings as a provider, gaining a vast knowledge that I continue to grow so I can be most effective.

Goal setting is an important part of the therapeutic process. Working collaboratively, we will establish goals that are meaningful, achievable, and smart.

Our first session

During the first session, we will take time to discuss your current issues and relevant history so that I can best understand you as a whole. We will discuss your goals and expectations for therapy.
