I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected. My goal is to foster trust and openness, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions freely. We focus on achieving meaningful change by building on strengths and nurturing resilience.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to a career as a therapist because of my ability to understand others and offer them a safe, supportive connection during times of struggle. Helping people navigate their challenges and find healing is deeply fulfilling for me. I am driven by a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those who feel overwhelmed or lost.

My goals for you

I approach goal-setting as a collaborative process, where building trust with my clients is key. Together, we identify the problems or challenges they are facing, ensuring we fully understand their unique circumstances. From there, we work to create clear and achievable goals that align with each client’s values and aspirations.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect empathetic listening and a welcoming space to share their story. I focus on understanding why they are seeking therapy, what their goals are, and exploring their expectations for the process. I encourage clients to share as much as they feel comfortable and invite any questions they may have.
