My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on listening empathetically with a non-judgmental stance.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I truly care about people going through difficult periods. I've always been a nurturer, drawn to helping others through hard times. The satisfaction of making a difference in someone's life is intrinsic and deeply rewarding.

My goals for you

We work towards mutually agreed-upon goals based on what concerns you most. I believe you have the answers, and my role is to help you uncover them. We start by building trust and getting comfortable with therapy, then set goals and track your progress toward becoming your best self.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll talk about your concerns, stressors, recent mood, support system, past coping strategies, and self-care activities. I want to understand the underlying issues and why you may be feeling this way. The first session is about building connection and helping me understand where we should go from there.
