My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been in a helping role across customer service and legal fields. Now that I'm in the mental health field, the value of helping remains the same, but it has also expanded to include roles in teaching, ongoing education, research, and advocacy.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by engaging them in meaning-making about those specific goals, how those goals change if they do, their experiences as they achieve the small and big milestones, and, as importantly, what is next for them.

Our first session

Our first session will focus on assessing risks, identifying challenges, and explaining the parameters of therapy. It will lay the foundation and serve as our reference point moving forward, so we all understand what the process involves. We will also explore how the space I'm offering aligns with your goals.
