When communicating with a client, I provide individuals with a non-judgmental space where I am empathetic and offer unconditional positive regard to process their feelings and life stressors. I help individuals identify their already existing strengths so they can utilize them on their journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in each person's capacity for change and growth. Witnessing clients discover their own strengths and achieve meaningful progress continues to inspire my work every day.

After our first session, we'll collaboratively set goals that are important to you and discuss tools and strategies to help you meet them. While these goals guide our work, I ensure flexibility throughout our sessions. This creates space not only to address your goals but also to process and explore other needs that arise in your life.

A first session with me is a 60-minute assessment where I learn about you, your presenting concerns, and your needs. This helps us establish a foundation for our work together and begin identifying what will be most helpful for you.
