Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!
I’m Elizabeth O’Grady, LCSW, a therapist for women reclaiming their voice and autonomy. My work blends feminist psychology, attachment, and mind-body awareness to help women understand their exhaustion not as failure, but as the result of inequity — and begin rewriting their story.
My focus
I work with women experiencing burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, codependency, and the exhaustion of “good-girl” conditioning. Many are healing from toxic or manipulative relationships, love-bombing, or chronic people-pleasing, while others are navigating midlife transitions and identity shifts after years of caregiving.
My approach
My work is rooted in feminist psychology and the belief that women are not broken — we’ve been conditioned. My approach is collaborative and integrative. I draw from relational and attachment theory, trauma-informed care, mind-body practices, feminist theory, and systems work to meet each client's unique needs.
