Hi there, I'm Seth!

I am a compassionate and collaborative psychotherapist. I help people move toward their goals by encouraging the exploration of their inner worlds and relationships. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I work with clients to support healing in the body and mind by focusing on how they process experiences emotionally, physically, cognitively, and spiritually. When we are working together, I strive to provide you with my undivided attention and presence; I aim to be truthful, skillful, and nonjudgmental and to listen on a deep level. I want to help you better understand yourself by exploring how important childhood interactions with caregivers may be in influencing your current sense of self and relationships. We will work as a team by tackling the barriers that are limiting your choices in life so that you move toward your goals and become more of the person you want to be.
