Hi there, I'm Tiffani!

I treat individuals using an integrative approach of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. Every client’s needs are unique, and I will tailor a treatment plan to meet your needs. Together, in a safe, non-judgmental space, we can explore emotions, behaviors and ideas which are keeping you from a more fulfilling life. With guidance, feedback, and psychoeducation, you will be empowered to face personal difficulties, increase your self-awareness, and incorporate healthy coping techniques and problem solving skills into your daily living. With increased understanding and self-awareness, you will be able to end negative patterns that are standing in your way of true happiness and healthy relationships.
