Hi there, I'm Servando!

I specialize in relapse prevention, anger management, self-worth, individual, and couples' issues. I use Cognitive Restructuring, Behavior modification, and an EFT approach. I am direct and don't sugarcoat things, but am respectful. My philosophy is that if you are coming to therapy, you want the truth and you want to do something different.

My focus

People who want to develop a strong relapse prevention program. Struggle with self-worth, anger management, communication, stress, and relationship issues.

My approach

I use CBT- Cognitive restructuring and Behavior modification. CBT helps you explore the role of your core beliefs and behaviors in your interaction with yourself and others. I also use EFT for couples. Emotionally Focused Therapy focuses on helping couples identify the emotional context of communication rather than the verbal/nonverbal content.
