I celebrate you for taking your first step, which is a huge strength. I work with individuals, adolescents, and children from diverse racial, ethnic, spiritual, and socio-economic backgrounds and members of the LGBTQ Community.

My focus

I work with individuals and minors aged 13-17 from diverse backgrounds and members of the LGBTQ Community. I support clients navigating life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

My approach

I believe that you are the expert in you. My goal is to create a safe space that is non-judgmental, inclusive, and empowering, where we can work collaboratively to achieve what success means to you. I use various therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.

My communication style

Seeking support during difficult times can be a challenge. Life is an incredible journey that comes with experiences that shape who we are, or serve as a driving point to where we want to go, or who we want to become. Together, we create a space where your story can be shared.

My journey to mental healthcare

I gained knowledge and experience by working in a variety of therapeutic settings, including outpatient mental health clinics and agencies and school settings. My diverse background has shaped my commitment to meeting clients where they are.
