My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a Recreation Therapist in a psychiatric inpatient unit for adults with mental health issues. There, I witnessed the impact of compassionate care and learned to use creative, strengths-based approaches to promote well-being. Inspired to deepen my ability to help others, I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I'll gather some background information to understand your unique story and explain more about my approach.
