I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California statewide via Telehealth. Through lived experience and clinical training, I have had the privilege of supporting many clients over the years to navigate the beautiful complexities of life. I am here to support you on your journey of growth and connection. (she/her).

My focus

I strongly believe all can benefit from a therapeutic relationship to gain further insight into our overlooked patterns, challenges with communication, or feelings of unsettlement. With a supportive yet strong approach, together we can work to break these cycles and live the life you truly want.

My approach

With a value and foundation of mindfulness, I integrate into our collaborative treatment a variety of theoretical frameworks including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Psychotherapy, all through the lens of Trauma Informed Care.
