I cultivate a playful, authentic, and reflective space in therapy. I use reflection, active listening, and humor to shape how we understand ourselves and those around us. I aim to be an empathic, endlessly curious, clear, and reflective partner in your therapeutic journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I found great fulfillment working with youth as an advocate and group facilitator, discovering how creating a container for reflection can support self-compassion, fulfillment, and curiosity. This deep fulfillment led me to become a therapist, where I continue exploring how our environment and history impact our lived experiences.

My focus is helping you develop courage and self-compassion to experience your vulnerability and capacity to grow. I support you in understanding the various factors behind your challenges and building tools to navigate them with greater awareness and agency.

In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll create a warm, reflective space where you can begin to share your story. We'll start building a collaborative relationship focused on understanding your experiences and identifying pathways forward.
