My journey to mental healthcare

My work in psychology and life coaching grew from creating environments that foster independence, trust, and inner motivation. At the center is the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe in the power of the secure base - something we all need and can learn to build within ourselves.

My goals for you

I help clients by starting where they are - emotionally, practically, and energetically. Together, we clarify what matters most, then break it into manageable steps. I offer grounded support, honest reflection, and tailored tools. I stay focused on what feels most relevant, helping clients build insight, resilience, and momentum.

Our first session

In our first session, my goal is to explore whether we're a good fit. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the process, so we'll take time to get a sense of each other - how we connect and whether the space feels safe and supportive. It's about seeing if we vibe in a way that can support your goals.
