Hi there, I'm Poonam!

I’m Nina Banerjee, specializing in the treatment of depression and anxiety through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. My practice is built on a simple but powerful belief: when people understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and learn to respond to them with clarity and compassion.

My focus

Whether someone is struggling with persistent low mood, intrusive worries, burnout, or the weight of perfectionism, my goal is to help them gain clarity, build healthier habits, and reconnect with their values. If you’re looking for therapy that is collaborative, skill-building, and compassionate, I’d be honored to support you on that journey.

My approach

We work together to identify unhelpful thought loops, examine the beliefs that keep clients stuck, and practice new ways of thinking and behaving that restore balance, motivation, and hope. Complementing this, I weave in mindfulness techniques that help clients build emotional resilience and reconnect with the present moment.
