I work with clients across age, race, ethnicity, cultural background, gender identity, and sexual orientation. As a male therapist, many of my clients are men, though I welcome and value working with women. I feel drawn to working with shame, self-esteem, trauma, and dissociative symptoms.
My approach
I work collaboratively with you to identify where you are, where you want to go, and the steps to get there. I value efficiency and purposefulness, yet patience and pacing are equally important. I help you identify specific, practical action steps that are challenging yet achievable, as we change by doing things differently.
