My communication style

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, and I work alongside clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their unique experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges. Working with trauma survivors showed me the power of therapy in healing. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

My goals for you

I believe that meaningful change happens when insight is paired with action. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and practical skill-building, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while providing tangible tools they can use in their daily lives. My goal is to empower clients build confidence, practice self-compassion.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
