My focus

I work with diverse populations including youth, couples, LGBTQI+ persons, polyamory, geriatric mental health, veterans, active military, and individuals with severe mental illness. I specialize in domestic violence, foster care, gang involvement, suicide prevention, incarcerated persons, and substance abuse treatment.

My approach

My own experience with trauma, depression, and anxiety helps me understand clients from a lived perspective. I combine humanistic, solution-focused, and transpersonal approaches to help clients make transformational shifts.

I will work with you to break the chains of multigenerational trauma, abuse, and addiction in your life and family. You are the catalyst for change, and I am going to remind you of who you really are so you can learn to love yourself fully again. My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for counseling started when I saw the power of communication, active listening, and conflict resolution to shift relationships. I grew up in a chaotic household, and studying psychology helped me develop compassion, empathy, and understanding when there was profound pain.
