Hi there, I'm Amy!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward in an important area of their lives.

My focus

I especially enjoy working with adults who are navigating major life changes, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, or challenges with self-worth. Whether you’re facing a difficult transition, struggling in relationships, or feeling disconnected from the life you want, therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, heal, and grow.

My approach

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for change. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create a new path of understanding and empowerment.
