I was drawn to this field through my own experiences navigating adversity, which gave me a deep appreciation for the value of feeling seen, understood, and supported. Those experiences continue to fuel my passion for helping others heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll take time to learn about your story, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I approach each client with genuine curiosity, empathy, and respect, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals & begin laying the foundation for grow.
