Hi there, I'm Kelly!

Life can be hard to juggle at times — anxiety, depression, stress, friction, big transitions, burn out — and it's easy to feel like you're carrying it alone. My practice offers a warm, collaborative space to help you build the tools and self-understanding you need to get through hard seasons and move toward the life you're working for.

My focus

I have particular experience working with older teens — including high schoolers and young college students — who face learning challenges, academic stress, executive functioning difficulties, or social skills struggles, along with the unique pressures that come with the transition to college life.

My approach

My approach is warm, validating, collaborative, and grounded in each client's individual strengths. Using CBT, mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused strategies, and motivational interviewing, I help clients clarify what matters to them, set realistic goals, and develop practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.
