I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and anger issues, identifying coping skills, building relationship skills, identifying client strengths, teaching meditation, grounding, and relaxation techniques, reducing trauma response by teaching self-regulation skills, and other mental health treatment techniques.
My focus
I work with adults ages 18-65 facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. My focus includes depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, addiction, grief, and relationship issues.
My approach
The most common therapy technique that I use is client-centered. I start where the client is most comfortable and work on building a safe environment for the client. My first goal is to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients.
