I specialize in depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, addiction, grief, and couples therapy. I help clients identify coping skills, build relationship strengths, and learn meditation, grounding, and relaxation techniques to stabilize emotional and behavioral functioning.

After establishing trust, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, solution-focused, interpersonal, narrative, and mindfulness techniques.
